One of my dreams came true

These last two days have been glorious, Sean got into the MAcc and was awarded this amazing scholarship which allowed me to buy the camera that I have been eyeing. I have been playing with it all night and plan on taking some amazing pictures, so just you wait, there will soon be a million picutres of my practice.

My new obsession

This baby is my new obsession. I have really wanted to get into photography lately. I want to learn to take amazing pictures so that when I have kids I can capture all of the fun moments perfectly and put them all over my house. I don't want to buy a professional camera, but I do have my eyes set on this one. We have one here at work to use with our microscopes and sometimes I like to take it down and just use it for fun with things around the office. I would absolutely love to own one of these cameras, it has all of the features that I like, except for the batteries. It is 8MP and 12X optical zoom which I really like. It has lighting changes and a bunch of other really fun features. I hope that I can save some money and get one, it is my dream for now.

Photoshop

I wish that I had photoshop. I have a simple version of it now, but I can't even turn my pictures black and white, it is so ridiculous. I can't believe that they even call it photoshop. What were they thinking? The newer one can do so many amazing and cool things like the picture below. I had a trial version of photoshop and was able to create that little diddy. I just don't feel like spending $150 to upgrade to version 6. I could really make my blog look amazing and I could make a beautiful album for us. I can't wait until the day that I get to own photoshop 6.

I want long hair

I want long hair. I envy all of the movie stars with that beautiful long waist lenght hair, I know that theirs is just extensions but I still envy it. I always say that I'm going to grow it out long, but then I get impatient because my hair looks like crap. So I cut it short. I did that at the begining of the semester, it was just below my shoulders. This week I got impatient again, now my hair is so short I can't put it into a normal ponytail, it is just above my shoulders. I love the haircut a ton. I was inspired by Jenny McCarthy, the ex playboy model that is dating Jim Carrey, and she has the most perfect hair. The only thing is I still wish that my hair were longer, now it is going to take over a year to get it to the length that I'm hoping for. I'm such an impatient person, I just want results now. Is that possible?
