What a month

I cannot believe how quickly this month has flown by. I have been graduated and working full time for two months now, it is crazy. This summer has been fun, even though I am working all the time. Marci had her sweet little monster Ellie, Sean went to Houston and had an awesome office vist, we went to Costa Rica, Sarah got married, I got my amazing camera, we got a dresser, Sean took me golfing, and we have spent lots of time hanging out with family. I'm thinking this summer has been fantastic so far and hope that the month of July will bring tons more. Here are some fun pictures of our drive through Aspen Grove yesterday, I have not edited them so the color is really dark, but I thought they were still beautiful. Here are also some pictures of my cute little neice Ellie from before she left for Cali.

Sean is Amazing

Even though Sean didn't think we needed a dresser, he listened to my request and found me a perfect one. It looks so good in my room, it makes it seem like a real bedroom.
I thought I would get a junky one and fix it up, but the one Sean found was really nice looking and fixed up already, my favorite part are the cool knobs that it has.
He is so sweet to do this for me, I love him!!!
This weekend we also attended a quincenera after setting it up, it was very tiring. Then we celebrated a couple of cousin's birthdays and got to see Kent open his mission call, he is going to Spokane WA. We are all really excited for him.
Next up this week Sean has a trip to Houston for an office visit with EY. I am a bit upset because I will be stuck here all alone, and everyone seems to have left Provo for the summer so I have no one (that doesn't have kids and family obligations) to hang out with while he is gone, so I will be riding the bike to work because he is taking the car, and eating dinner alone. I'm really bummed. I wish that Mike and Marci, or Stephanie, or Brittany, or Aubrey were here so I could have someone to hang out with for the night.
I also am missing Ellie and M&M, I have no one to take pictures of again, I was having so much fun getting accustomed to my camera using Ellie as my model. I can't wait until you guys come back, but I bet you are having a blast in sunny CA.
I am hoping to make some more changes other than the dresser to my house, decorating is my favorite. Next on my list is to get a comforter and duvet cover that are not too heavy so that we can use a blanket but still stay cool in the summer.

A Dresser

I want a dresser! Sean thinks we don't need one and that it will make our room cramped. I think it would make our room look finished. I want our house, as little as it is, to look refined and finished and like a real house should look. I am not asking for a full bedroom set that costs thousands of dollars. I am willing to buy a cheap dresser, as long as it is real wood, at a garage sale and just re-finish it. I would love to do this type of project, especially since it is garage sale season. S just keeps telling me that he doesn't want to put his clothes in a dresser that it is fine where it is, but when I look at the closet with the tall stack of shirts falling over it makes me sick. I re-fold his shirts every week when I cean the house, and I just think if we kept them all piled up inside a dresser it would make the house look much nicer. If anyone knows of any cute dressers, that are short and long like the one in the picture, for sale please let me know.

Way to go Marci

I didn't want to post before Marci had the chance to post a picture and all the information about the baby. So now I am free to write a little something since Marci has already made her announcement. I am in love with my beautiful little niece Ellie (Elizabeth Marcia Chapman), 8 pounds 9 ounces and a bundle of joy. Marci is the luckiest girl on the planet right now to have such a fun and spunky little girl. I had so much fun meeting her yesterday and taking a million pictures. I look forward to taking a million pictures more, and I hope that she loves me a lot and that I can spoil her rotten. I'm just sad that she is going to be spending the summer away from us in San Francisco while Mike is doing an internship, but we will have all of the school year to spend with Mike and Marci and new baby Ellie to really get to know her well. I love you guys and I'm so glad you made me an Aunt.

It's a Girl for Marci!!!!

Marci is having her baby right now and I am so excited. I have been talking about it all week to everyone at work and I think they are probably tired of it and getting annoyed with me, but I don't care. I wish this work day would end so that I can go to the hospital and hopefully by that time meet my new niece. My first niece. I can't wait, I am jumping around I am so excited, I hope she likes me and thinks that I am the coolest Aunt ever. Thanks Marci for going through this 9 month and 1 week process to bring the coolest person ever to the world. I just can't wait to meet her!!!!

Solution to Insurance

There is a loop hole in the system. I found out that since I didn't start working full time until this year my insurance works with the new system not the old one, so I get insurance in three months instead of six. I will start my coverage on September 1st, so I am very relieved, that is better than waiting until November. Now I just have to convince them to let me work from home when we are gone for Sean's internship.

Help me please

I am uninsured. BYU kicked me out about a little over a month ago, and now I am on a quest to get good health insurance that will actually pay for a baby should we decide to have one. I make about $20 over the limit for medicaid so if I get pregnant right now I am in a lot of trouble. I have been searching online and let me tell you, it is a pain in the butt. I now keep getting phone calls from this one insurance comapny and I told them I am not interested and to stop calling, but they seem to be intent on harrassing me until I sign up with their plans. Their plans help out with nothing and are really expensive, so there is no way that I am going to do their plan. I am just not sure what to do at this point, and my work insurance doesn't start until November. I also won't be working their come January because we will be going to some location for Sean's internship, so I'm just stressed out about it. I am hoping that I will be able to work 30 hours from wherever we are for my job but if I can't then I am just going to quit and will still have no insurance and no security. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good insurance company to use with really good maternity coverage?
